TERMS

  • We take a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 8 guests per tour.
  • Bookings for Airfares /Accommodation are not made until a minimum of 4 guests have booked.
  • Booking application is done by filling out our 3 forms below
  • Bookings only accepted after a deposit of $1500.00 AUD has been deposited with us.
  • Closing dates for booking is 3 weeks prior to departure. 
  • The initial deposit of $1500 is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If the minimum number of 4 guests is not reached, then $1500 will be refunded and tour cancelled.
  • Balance of tour cost $ 2000 is due and payable 2 weeks prior to departure.
  • Upon acknowledgement by us of 4 + guests are touring and all have paid deposits, airline ticket will be emailed to you.
  • In order to keep costs to a minimum we book on budget airlines were possible.
